HCG Weight Loss Tip of the Day #9

As Einstein said, Our problems cannot be resolved in the same state of consciousness in which we've created them.
Remember while changing your weight, change your mind too. Changing habits is best begun by becoming aware.

If you used to eat in front of the TV, stop doing that. Start being a conscious eater. Start working on changes that will stay with you the rest of your life. Start working on changes that will keep you healthy and lean the rest of your life. Awareness of what you are doing is a big part of making the changes necessary. Your old habits didn't work. Make new habits that do. Experiment in being conscious. You'd me amazed in how much you do that you don't think about - it is just a bad habit waiting to wake up and be recognized so it can be changed.
