If you didn't pick your food for the day the night before, do it in the morning.
The easiest thing to do is put your daily 500 calories of food into a food bowl that you store in the refrigerator. Then all you need to do is grab and go.
The less thinking you do, the better.
Concentrate on getting a little exercise. Get outside and take a walk. Smell the roses!
