HCG Day 22, Phase 1, Hints, Tips and Inspiration

Those who say it can’t be done
are usually interrupted by others doing it.

- Joel A. Barker

If you are doing the very minimum hCG program, today would be the day that you would stop using hCG.  Regardless of your delivery of the hCG, your morning dose will be the last dose you take on Phase I.  Tomorrow you will continue with the 500 calorie food intake and you’ll continue that the day after tomorrow as well but you won’t be taking anymore hCG on those two days.

Beyond that, you’ll move into Phase II.  See my book for further instructions.

If you have decided to continue on with Phase I, continue on as you have been. You’ll be able to stop anytime you want but 44 days are the max (42 of them utilize hCG in the process).  Now is the time to plan your strategy.  Make sure your decisions are made with calendar in hand.  Contact your weight loss coach if you need guidance.

I need your help!

Action Alert on the Senate Food Safety Bill

ANH–USA has opposed the so-called Food Safety Bill as a threat to natural health and health freedom. As we reported to you in April, we have been working to improve the Senate’s version of the Food Safety bill. In particular, we succeeded in preventing language that would have committed the US to harmonization of food standards with the rest of the world under a completely flawed process known as CODEX. Now we need your help to promote two excellent amendments to the bill that would exempt small food producers and producers who sell their food directly to market (such as farmers’ markets) from new regulation.
